Our strategy for tackling concrete jobs consists of spraying down the surface with our pre-treat solution, then using pressure to remove any stains, dirt, algae, and mildew that the solution didn’t already remove. Then, if needed, we finish it off with a post-treat. This process bring back the brand new look to your concrete. 

We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way. Our quality house wash consists of cleaning all of the algae, mildew, and dirt from your house siding. Not only does a house wash clean your siding but it will also clean the outside of your gutters and remove any streaking which is very common for gutters. Our process for a house wash is “soft washing” which is where we spray our solution with no pressure, then rinse with no pressure. 

Clean Care Washing and Sealing is committed to getting the job done, especially when it comes to our roof washes. Our strategy for cleaning roofs is similar to our house wash strategy. We spray it down with solution without using any pressure, then rinse it down without any pressure. Using pressure on a roof can damage it, this is the reason we “soft wash” which avoids using pressure. 

Our miscellaneous washing consists of any other jobs whether they are big or small. Such as, fences, decks, cars/trucks, sheds, outdoor decorations, etc. The process we take for miscellaneous jobs just depends on what is being cleaned. 

Our gutter cleaning consists of removing all of the dirt, leaves, and debris out of the inside of your gutters. If your gutters are clogged and filled with water then it’s probably time to get them cleaned out. Our clean-out will allow your gutters to work the way they were meant for. If your interested in getting the outside of your gutters clean then it is an additional charge, however it comes with a house wash. 

Like you hear in the name, we don’t just provide washing, but we also provide concrete sealing. The sealer we use is D1 clear concrete sealant. This sealant will give a shiny and clean look to your concrete whether it’s applied to exposed aggregate, stamped, colored, or even buffed concrete. Not only does it give the concrete a better look but it also provides protection from damages due to water and salt. Sealant can be applied to new or old concrete and should be reapplied every few years.
